Persistent pain or physical symptoms that keep coming back—despite everything you’ve tried?

The problem may not be your body.

It may be the pattern your body is stuck in.

I help you understand what’s driving the pattern, change how you respond to it, and rebuild the capacity and self-trust to move forward.

You’re not here because of a lack of effort.

You’ve done the appointments. The rehab. The exercises. The research. Maybe the imaging, injections, medications, bodywork, or protocols too.

Some things may have helped. Maybe even a lot.

But eventually the pain, tension, fatigue, or other symptoms return—or something new takes their place.

So you start looking again.

What am I missing? What should I try next? Who can tell me what’s actually wrong?

The cycle itself becomes exhausting and defeating.

You don’t need another person to tell you to try harder. You need a different way of understanding what your body is doing.

Pain and physical symptoms are real. But symptoms alone don’t always tell us why they keep happening.

Your body is responding to far more than muscles, joints, and tissue. Stress, past experiences, expectations, fear, movement, environment, nutrition, nervous system load, and the ways you’ve learned to respond to discomfort can all influence what happens next.

And sometimes the things you do to manage the problem—pushing through, avoiding, constantly monitoring, searching for reassurance, or moving from one treatment to the next—become part of the pattern keeping you stuck.

That’s the pattern I’m interested in.

Not because your symptoms are “all in your head.”

Because your body doesn’t exist separately from the rest of your life.

My work helps you make that larger pattern visible so you can understand what’s happening, respond differently, and start creating new evidence about what your body is actually capable of.

The problem isn’t your body. It’s the pattern your body is stuck in.

The goal isn’t to become better at managing your symptoms.

It’s to become better at understanding and leading yourself.

From…

“Something is wrong with my body.”

“Someone else needs to tell me what to do.”

Push through → avoid → react → search for another fix

Constant reassurance that you’re okay

“I can recognize what’s happening.”

“My body is giving me information.”

Toward…

Pause → interpret → choose → experiment → adjust

Evidence that allows you to trust yourself

This isn’t about never experiencing another symptom.

It’s about reaching a point where a symptom doesn’t automatically send you back to square one.

You know how to listen. You know how to respond. You know when you can experiment yourself and when you genuinely need help.

Your body stops being a problem you need someone else to solve.

This is physical therapy. And it’s more than physical therapy.

I’m a physical therapist, and that clinical foundation matters.

I know how to assess the body, understand movement, recognize when something needs physical intervention, and help you rebuild physical capacity.

But I also know that persistent symptoms don’t always resolve by treating the physical body alone.

That’s why my work brings together physical rehabilitation, pain science, nervous system work, pattern recognition, experimentation, and coaching—based on what actually helps you understand your experience and move forward.

Sometimes that means movement.

Sometimes it means changing how you respond when symptoms show up.

Sometimes it means recognizing a pattern you couldn’t see from inside of it.

Sometimes it means slowing down. Sometimes it means doing more.

The goal isn’t for you to become dependent on my expertise. It’s for my expertise to help you develop your own.

There are different levels of support depending on what you need.
